Mary A. Rossi, of Wilmington formerly of Burlington and Lowell, passed away peacefully, Saturday, November 23, 2019. She was 62 years of age. Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Richard J. and Anna V (D'Amico) Rossi.

Mary was raised in Wilmington and attended Wilmington Schools. Most recently she lived in Lowell and for many years was a resident of Burlington where she worked at Bickford's for a number of years. Mary will fondly be remembered for her strong will and being fiercely independent in her adult life. She had the wonderful ability to make people laugh when least expected. Mary loved arts and crafts and was passionate about volunteering, helping and teaching others with different projects. She loved celebrating the holidays with friends and family and was a true animal lover, especially of her pet cat "Muffy". She will be greatly missed.

Mary is survived by her sisters; Linda Rossi-Wright of San Pedro, CA and her former husband Kenneth Wright, Rhonda Rossi-Ingram and her husband Danny of Derry, NH. She was the aunt of Matthew and Madeline Wright both of San Pedro, CA, Ryan and Kelsey Ingram both of Derry, NH. She is also survived by her cousin Marilyn Penta and her husband Robert of Saugus, stepmother Bea Rossi of Saugus, cousin Liz Agnes and her father John Agnes of Everett who were all wonderful caretakers to Mary throughout her life. She is further survived by her dear friend Jim, caretakers Gail Bartlett of DDS, Joe Castellano of the Edinburgh Center of Bedford, and many more loving friends and caretakers who helped Mary over the years.

Funeral services for Mary will be held from the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home 374 Main St., Wilmington, Tuesday, December 3rd, at 12:30 p.m. followed by a funeral Mass celebrated in St. Thomas Church, 126 Middlesex Ave, Wilmington at 1 p.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family at the Dello Russo Funeral Home prior to the Mass from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.
