Marjorie Dawn Malby Waters, 87, of Rebecca passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Pruitt Healthcare in Ashburn.
Marjorie was born on March 31, 1931 in London, England to the late Alfred Arthur and Daisy Ethel Donegan Malby. She was a proud of faithful member of Rebecca Methodist Church where she was a part of the UMW. She was also a member of the Birthday Girls Club and the Arts and Crafts Club of Rebecca. She loved all Turner County Sports and especially loved her town of Rebecca. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Donnie) Gibbs of Rebecca; son, Ronnie (Donna) Waters of Rebecca; brother, Donald Malby of London, England; grandchildren, Brandon David (Jaclyn) Waters of Pitts, Ryan Taylor Waters of Sycamore, Kelli Dawn (Ryan) Griffin of Fitzgerald and Kole James Gibbs of Rebecca; great-grandchildren, Ellizabeth Dawn Ash of Fitzgerald and Molli Ryan Griffin of Fitzgerald. She was preceded in death by her husband, T. M. Waters, Jr. who passed away one week prior to Marjorie. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Rebecca Methodist Church with interment to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The family will greet friends Friday, January 4, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. | ||||
