Funeral Services for Patricia A. Brooks Vargas, 52, of Sycamore, GA will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 22, 2018 at New Prospect Freewill Baptist Church. Mrs. Vargas passed away Tuesday at her residence following a brief illness. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The daughter of the late Cecil Wesley and Patsy Jane Ward Brooks, she was born in Turner County and was a homemaker. She was a member of the New Prospect Freewill Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening and gathering her flowers to make arrangements. She also loved to fish and crocheting. Survivors include her husband, Melecio Vargas Perez of Sycamore; her sons, Jonathan Page of Ashburn and Timothy (Katie) Page of Kress, TX. Her siblings, Carl W. Brooks of Rochelle, Darlene (Tommy) Brady of Rebecca and Rebecca Beltran of Sycamore. She is also survived by her grand dog Lulu. The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 4:00 PM till 6:00 PM at Perry Funeral Chapel. | ||||
