CAHOON, Donald R. of Dedham, formerly of Chatham passed away peacefully December 17, 2018. Devoted father of Robert Cahoon and his wife Daniela of Dedham. Loving grandfather of Alessia and Samantha Cahoon. Brother of Richard Cahoon of PA; Peggy Hemeon of Harwich and Cally Nickerson of Chatham. Donald is also survived by his former wife and dear friend Roberta (Storlazzi). He was the son of the late Kenneth and Dorothy Cahoon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Donald was a Proud Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre Street, WEST ROXBURY on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Theresa of Avilla Church at 11:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
