AUBURN___Paul E. Szczepaniak, 55, of Auburn passed away on Saturday September 22, 2018 in St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester.
He leaves his daughter Jillian L. Szczepaniak and her husband Saben, a step-son Robert Bellerive and his wife Darrian and their children, two grandchildren, Joseph and Scarlett, his longtime partner Sherry Rodgers, three brothers, Ronald and his longtime partner Carolyn Willett, Michael and his wife Debra and David and his wife Michelle, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was born in Worcester a son of the late Joseph E. and Reneta J. (Cybulski) Szczepaniak and has lived in Auburn for most of his life. He was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School.
Mr. Szczepaniak owned and operated a screenprinting company for many years. He will always be fondly remember as “Paul the T-Shirt Guy.” Paul was a kind and generous man who was always happy to help anyone. He was the primary caregiver for his mother for many years toward the end of her life. He loved the ocean and spent many summer vacations on Cape Cod with his family. He had a passion for music and singing/songwriting. He also loved cooking and would always insist on feeding anyone who visited his home. He loved his family and his grandchildren very much and would often take them on day trips to museums, aquariums, or anywhere that they could spend time together and usually learn something in the process. He also loved parties and had a great sense of humor. He will always be remembered as someone who had a smile on his face and a love of life.
The funeral will be held on Friday September 28, 2018 from HENRY - DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St, Worcester with a Mass at 10:30 AM in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St, Worcester. Calling hours in the funeral home are Thursday September 27, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
