Genevieve D. Magerowski, 103, of Worcester passed away peacefully on Friday September 14, 2018.
Genevieve leaves several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. She was predeceased by all of her sisters and brothers, Jennie Germano, Sophie Morin, Walter, Stephen, Richard, John and James Magerowski. She was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Andrew and Catherine (Jastrzemski) Magerowski and was raised in Jefferson where she attended school. Genevieve then lived in Worcester for most of her life.
Genevieve was a sales clerk for several years for the former Denholm & McKay Co. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. She enjoyed reading and liked to travel. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Francis Rehab & Nursing Center for the compassionate care given to Genevieve over the last 10 years.
The funeral service is private. Burial will be private in Notre Dame Cemetery. HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL SERVICE, 33 Ward Street is directing funeral arrangements.
