Obituary

Kenneth W. Santoro, 74, of Oxford, died Saturday, September 1st in St. Vincent Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Sylvia (Donohue) Andersen; two daughters, Jerilyn Coffie and her husband, Robert of DeBary, FL, Kimberly Luna and her husband, Robinson of Sanford, FL; his step-daughter Melissa Andersen of Oxford; his mother, Ruth (Seddon) Santoro; a brother, Richard Santoro and his wife, Martha all of York, ME; four grandchildren, Ashley, Travis, Blaze and Sophia; a great-grandson, Liam and many nephews and nieces.

He was born in Providence, his father was the late, Armand "Jake" Santoro. Ken had worked as regional sales manager for Porter Cable, retiring in 1991. His love of all things water related led him to become a boating instructor for the Taunton District Power Squadron, a member of the Pilot Fish and his love of sailing. He enjoyed NASCAR, animals especially dogs and the retelling of jokes.

His funeral is Tuesday, September 4th, from O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with his funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. in St. Peter's Church, 931 Main Street. Calling hours are, Monday, September 3rd from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
