Lynda M. (Kozak) Hauck, 63, of Worcester, died Thursday, August 23rd in St. Vincent Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, David N. Hauck; her daughter, Sierra A. Jaskolka and her husband, Stephen; two brothers, Dennis E. Kozak and his wife, Lisa and Ken E. Kozak and his wife, Susan, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was born in Worcester, the daughter of Edward V. and Mildred M. (Martunas) Kozak and was a graduate of Worcester State University. Lynda had been employed as a nurse at UMass Medical Center. She loved animals and was committed to animal rescue.
Her funeral is Monday, August, 27th with her funeral service at Noon in O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park. A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m until the time of the funeral. In lieu of flowers. please make memorial contributions to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
