WEBSTER – Patrick L. “Pat” Bembenek, 57, died Saturday, August 4, 2018 at home after being stricken ill.
He leaves a brother, Harold R. Bembenek, Jr of Danielson, CT; a sister, Mary E. Conrad of Thompson, CT; 2 nieces, Beth Gentile of MD and Carolyn Whitney of Thompson, CT; a nephew, Bryan Conrad of Dayville, CT; and grandnephews and grandnieces Camryn, Roxy, Luke and Austin.
He was born on November 9, 1960 in Webster, the son of Harold R. Bembenek, Sr. and Theresa E. (O’Brien) Bembenek. He graduated from Bartlett High School.
Mr. Bembenek worked in the maintenance department at Assumption College in Worcester for over 15 years. He retired in 2016.
Pat’s favorite activity was deep sea fishing. He was a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, August 18, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM in the Kosciuszko Society (Bush Hall), 13 Dresser Street, Webster. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 E. Main Street, Webster.
