Louiselle Gilberte (Berthiaume) Bienvenue, 93, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Lanessa Extended Care in Webster. She was the devoted wife of 67 years to Harvey Edward Bienvenue who died December 15, 2017.
She leaves a daughter, Cynthia Louiselle Long and her husband John Sherman Long of Pickerington, Ohio, grandchildren Zachary and Bre Nowicki and Andrew Nowicki, and great grandchildren Kaley Elise and Claire Nicole Nowicki.
She was born July 8, 1925 a daughter of the late Alphonse and Alphonsine Berthiaume of Grand Mere, Providence de Quebec, Canada.
Louiselle was the last sibling of 10. She leaves multiple nieces and nephews in Canada.
She was a homemaker and French and art teacher at St. Anne’s School in the 1960’s and 1970’s.
Louisell was a lifelong and active member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish and made beautiful needlework and was also a skilled seamstress.
She was also a member of the Ladies of St. Anne.
There are no calling hours.
A Funeral Mass for Louiselle and Harvey will be celebrated on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 10 Am in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main St., Webster (Kindly meet at the Church), burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Webster.
The ROBERT J. MILLER FUNERAL HOME and LAKE CHAPEL, 366 School St., Webster is assisting the family with arrangements.
