Vincent W. Sabacinski, 88, of Worcester died in his home on Saturday, July 7, 2018. He is survived by his sister, Irene Johnson and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by six brothers, Anthony, Michael, Walter, Joseph, John and Benjamin and two sisters, Josephine Jakubowski and Genevieve Yankus. He was born in Worcester a son of Joseph W. and Mariana (Kasprzak) Sabacinski.
Mr. Sabacinski retired from Anderson Brush Company after many years. He later worked as a care taker for Our Lady of Czestochowa Church and St. Mary’s Schools. He was a Korean War Veteran serving in the US Army. He was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. A master fisherman and great story teller, Vinnie also enjoyed his time at the casinos.
A funeral will be held with a Memorial Mass on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 1:00 pm in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward Street. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., is assisting the family. www.worcesterfuneral.com
