Brian J. O'Malley, age 60, passed away on April 24, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Nov. 2, 1957, the son of the late Harold B. O'Malley II and Marguerite T. (Dupuis) O'Malley. Brian had many jobs, but the ones he enjoyed most were as a delivery driver for Rucki's Appliance Company & The Mills in Chicopee Center where he learned to speak some polish. Brian loved animals. He would often play his guitar for the birds, he enjoyed feeding the wild life in his back yard. Brian also enjoyed carving canes out of Black Walnut and Chokecherry Trees from his yard. He and his sisters started their own little TV Club together, they would connect by phone each evening to discuss which shows to watch. He leaves his daughter Linda M. O'Malley and her Fiance` Americo Freitas of Ludlow; 1 brother, Harold B. O'Malley III and his wife Jacqueline of Holyoke; 2 sisters, Marguerite “Terry” O'Malley of Chicopee and Maureen “Moe” O'Malley of Chicopee; 2 grandchildren Joel and Sonny Freitas; 3 nephews, Joey, Christopher and Patrick O'Malley; 1 niece, Sharline Grace; 12 great nieces and nephews, Brandon, Dylan, Kayleigh, Kearney, Kendra, Aubrie, Kaylynn, Raven, Naomi, Mariah, Little Chris and Zoe; his Aunt Mary Dupuis and her children Susanne Joey, Jane, and Phyllis along with his cousins Linda, Bobby & Helen, Lori & Brett. He is predeceased by his Uncles Cliff, Rene and Buddy; by his Aunts Gloria and Helen and also by his cousins Little Rene, Marguerite, Gerald, Cliff and Carol.
