Stephen A. Blomberg, 66, passed away Friday, April 20, 2018 at UMass/Memorial Hospital, University Campus in Worcester after complications from cancer. Stephen was a life- long resident of Oxford and his family and friends were very important to him, but he was especially proud of his “Girls”, Grandchildren and Kitty.
He leaves behind two daughters, Jill M. wife of William Woodcock, Sr. of Dudley and Shawnna Blomberg and her husband Scott Moriarty of Douglas, three grandchildren; William Woodcock, Jr., Jared and Ashlynn Woodcock as well as his siblings; Karen Blomberg, David Blomberg and his wife Jean, Diane Arsenault and her husband David, Elaine ’Lainey’ Blomberg, Mark Blomberg, Paul Eric Blomberg and his partner Edward and Kristen Petrik and her husband Peter as well as many nieces and nephews.
Stephen was born August 21, 1951, son of the late Torsten N. and June L. (Doolittle) Blomberg . He graduated from Oxford High School and worked for many years at H&M Trucking Company.
Stephen loved warm Florida weather and loved sports, he was an avid Dolphins fan. He also enjoyed playing on the pitch league with his friends.

Memorial calling hours will be Wednesday, April 25, 2018 from 6-8PM at the ROBERT J. MILLER-OXFORD FUNERAL HOME, 247 Main St. in Oxford.
Burial will be private at Northside Cemetery in Charlton.
