Eleanor P. (Dobson) Guidi, 85, of Derry, NH, died Friday, January 5, 2018 at Dover Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Dover, NH. She was born in Somerville, MA on July 14, 1932. Eleanor is the daughter of Randall and Irene (March) Dobson. Predeceased by her husband Joseph A. Guidi. Ellie loved to shop, read, and spend time with her family. She was involved in the local Derry community serving on the police committee.
She is survived by her four sons, Kevin and wife Jean, of Auburn, ME, Glen and wife, Susan of Somersworth, NH, Mark of Derry, NH, Gregory and wife, Janice of Wakefield, MA. She was blessed to have eight grandchildren, Kevin and wife Amy, Glen, Melissa, Julianne, Ashley, Joseph, Kaitlyn, Alexandra and husband James. Proud great-grandmother of Ryan and Daryn. Survived by her sister, Doris Langone, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, calling hours were held Tuesday, January 9th from 5 – 6:30pm at Peabody Funeral Home and Crematorium, 15 Birch St. Derry. A memorial service followed at 6:30pm in the funeral home.
