Marie Clara (West) Nolan 73, of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 21, 2017 in St. Mary’s Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, James Woodbury Nolan, Sr. She also leaves her children; sons, James W. Nolan Jr. and his wife, Donna of Oxford, Peter Nolan and Sean Nolan, both of Southbridge, Cristian Nolan and his wife Sonia of Wales; daughters, Bridget Nolan Ramos of Wales and Heather May Nolan of Worcester; twenty-four grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren, brothers, William West of Millbury and Lloyd West of Normal, Me and sister, Geraldine Brissette of E. Andover, ME. She was predeceased by a daughter, Wendy Nolan. She was born in Bangor, Maine a daughter of the late Lloyd N. and Genevieve V. (Barker) West.
Mrs. Nolan graduated from Quinsagmond Community College. Besides raising her family, spending time with them was her favorite past time and her life. Reading and doing crossword puzzles was a hobby she took pleasure and pride in.
A calling hour will be in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. A prayer service will follow the calling hour. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. www. worcesterfuneral.com
