Obituary

Worcester: Michelle M. "Micky" Thibodeau, 49, passed away at UMASS Memorial Medical Center- University Campus on Saturday, December 16, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She leaves 3 sons- James Johnson and his wife Anastasia, Ryan Johnson, and Marcus Thibodeau; a daughter- Brittany Johnson and her partner Jamal Beaudette; 8 grandchildren- Zechariah Russell, Zemiah Johnson, Josiah Johnson, Aaliyah Beaudette, J.J. Vega, Anayah Vega, Neaveh Belsar, and Dayvon Thibodeau; her parents Genevieve and Allan Rose; siblings Sheri and Vincent Barry of Spencer and Kevin and Gretchen Thibodeau of Shrewsbury; nieces and nephews Courtney, Meghan, Cameron, Ashley, Zachary, and Jake; aunts and uncles- Mary and Jim Lyons, Kathy and John O'Connor, Dotty and Dennis Metterville, Patricia Derusha, Michelle and Bill Hall, Paul and Charlie Thibodeau, Nancy Thibodeau, Margaret and David Powers, John and Patricia McDonald, Michael and Laurie McDonald, Kevin and Heather McDonald; and many cousins. She was pre-deceased by her father and step-mother Peter and Joanne Thibodeau, grandparents Elton (Mac) and Margurite (Peggy) McDonald, Patrick and Claire Thibodeau, aunt Rose Coates, and uncles Louis Coates and Patrick (Ricky) Thibodeau.

Michelle was born in Worcester, daughter of Genevieve McDonald and Peter Thibodeau. She attended Burncoat High School and worked as a waitress in several local restaurants, including most recently Friendly's in Auburn. She was an avid New England sports fan, she enjoyed playing Keno, Bingo, playing softball, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren.
