Whitinsville
Joseph A. ‘Joe’ DiCicco, 89, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Beaumont Rehab. and Skilled Nursing Center in Northbridge. Joe’s beloved wife of 53 years, Carol A. (Malbouef) DiCicco died February 7, 2016.
He leaves behind three daughters; Carla J. Anderson and her husband Dennis of Grafton, Cheryl D. Prout and her husband Phillip of Grafton and Rodna M. DiCicco of Douglas, 8 grandchildren and a sister, Rita Cosma-Demers of Uxbridge, and his beloved cat Maximillian.
Joe was born in Uxbridge, April 28, 1928, son of the late Achille and Theresa Maria (Rossi) DiCicco. After graduating High School he entered the U.S. Navy and served from January 1946 to December 1947 and was honorably discharged.
He then opened Elite Coiffures in Whitinsville and was a hairstylist for 51 years before retiring in 2014.
At Joe’s request, there are no calling hours.
A Graveside Service will be Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 11 AM in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Granite St., Uxbridge. (Kindly meet at the cemetery)
