LEICESTER: Gail E. (Estabrook) Williamson, 81, of Pleasant Street in the Rochdale section of Leicester died Friday, Dec. 1 in St. Vincent Hospital after an illness.
Her husband John Herbert Williamson died in 2011. She leaves a brother, Wilbert R. Estabrook of CA, a sister, Jacquelyn Murray of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, several nieces and nephews, her caretakers; Donna Edwards-Whalen, Danielle Edwards, Nickole Edwards and Kimberly Demsey-Holmes and her beloved cat Ookie. She was predeceased by a sister Joan McGill.
Gail was born in Oakfield, Maine, daughter of Wilbert and Gladys (Peel) Estabrook. She was a secretary for 15 years at Paul Revere Insurance Co. retiring in 1999. She was a member of Greenville Baptist Church. She enjoyed many cats over the years.
A Graveside Service will be held Monday, Dec. 4 at 11:00 AM in Greenville Baptist Cemetery, Rochdale. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Greenville Baptist Church, P.O. Box 396, Rochdale, MA 01542 or to the Second Chance Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 136, East Brookfield, MA 01515.
