Louise M. Cerce, 97, of Worcester died Tuesday, November 28th in Worcester Health Center. She leaves many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Pasquale and Santa (Gancioppo) Cerce; her brothers, Anthony and Nicholas Cerce; her sisters, Mary Zukowsky, Lucy Cox, Adeline Lambert and Florence Cerce
She was born in Dedham and graduated from Dedham High School. Louise was a long-time member of Our Lady of the Angels Church. She worked at U.S. Steel as a bookkeeper for 35 years, retiring when the plant closed in 1999.
Her funeral is Tuesday, December 5th from O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. A calling hour will be Tuesday, December 5th from 8:30 until 9:30 AM in the funeral home.
