Spencer – Robin L. (Papierski) LaCroix, 61, of Spencer, died on Monday, November 13th in her home.
Robin is survived by her husband, Paul D. LaCroix Sr. of Spencer; 5 daughters, Stacy Greenleaf and her husband Bruce of Maine, Cristy Morrison and her husband, Keith of Spencer, Rosalie Pulsifer and her fiancé, Tim Plouffe of Spencer, Tracy Piligian and her fiancé, Mark Bubon of Worcester and Michelle LaCroix Polselli and her husband, Mario of Worcester; a son, Paul LaCroix Jr. and his wife, Rachel of Spencer; 16 grandchildren, Deana Rossetti of Spencer, Travis LaCroix of Worcester, Anthony Capuano of Spencer, Justin Ramsey of Florida, Jacob Mills of Spencer, John Ramsey IV of South Carolina, Chelsea Morrison of Dudley, Kyle and Devin Ramsey of Maine, Nicholas and Brianna Piligian both of Worcester, Kayla Morrison of Spencer, Emily Pulsifer of Leicester, Edward LaCroix of Spencer, Michael Pulsifer of Spencer and Abigail Plouffe of Spencer; 6 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
Robin was one of 12 kids and was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Donald Papierski and Claire (Gonyer) Shimansky.
She was an affectionate mother that loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren who she was so proud to be their “Meema”. Robin could often be found spending quality time with them, often she would be playing her favorite game, Parcheesi. Robin also enjoyed collecting anything that was elephant related and spending time with her friends and fellow residents of Howe Village by playing bingo in the recreation room.
Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, November 20th from 5 to 7 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond Street, Worcester. Memorial contributions in memory of Robin may be made to the SHINE Initiative 9 Leominster Connector Leominster, MA 01453.
