Beth A. Albertson, 43, of Southbridge died on Saturday, October 21st with her family by her side. She leaves her mother, Doris A. (Swett) Albertson, with whom she lived; three sisters, Tammy Dupont and her husband, Timothy of Southbridge, Lisa Durgin and her husband, Richard of Ormond Beach, FL and Donna Prince and her husband, James of Leicester; five nieces, six nephews, three great nieces and one great nephew. She was predeceased by her father, Victor J. Albertson; her grandparents, James and Phobie (Jacques) LaRiviere and Orrin and Doris (LaRiviere) Swett.
She was born in Worcester and graduated from South High Community High School with top honors for all four years. She worked for a time at T.W. O. Beth competed in the Special Olympics and won many gold medals.
The family wishes to thank Danielle, Nicole, Angela, Kelly, Laura, Jessica and Jennifer for being so caring to Beth.
Her funeral is Tuesday, October 24th with a service at 11:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours will be held from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM in the funeral home.
