Worcester – Vincent M. Rubbe, 65, of Worcester died on Friday, September 22nd in UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus after a brief illness.
Vincent is survived by a son, Vincent Rubbe and his wife, Susan of Campton, NH; 2 grandchildren, Christopher and Jillian Rubbe and his longtime companion, JoAnn Barch of Worcester.
Mr. Rubbe was born in Worcester, son of the late Vincent M. and Winifred D. (Lyons) Rubbe and worked for many years with the Coca Cola Company as a truck driver. Vincent was an outdoor kind of person that enjoyed fishing and hunting but some of his best memories are of him and his son camping together and watching his grandchild play sports.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 6th at 11 AM in Worcester County Memorial Park 217 Richards Ave. Paxton. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester is assisting with arrangements.
