WORCESTER-Jean N. (Auger) Lynn, 79, of Worcester passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Baystate Hospital in Springfield, with her family at her bedside. Her husband of 60 years, Robert C. Lynn predeceased her in 2014. She leaves a daughter Darlene J. Lynch of Brookfield, a granddaughter Stephanie Lynch, a brother Joseph Auger of Worcester and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a brother John Auger and a sister Theresa Marcheterre.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of John and Sophie (Ligawiec) Auger. Mrs. Lynn worked at Worcester Polytechnic Institute as a custodian for several years, and at Culver-Stearns Manufacturing. She enjoyed going to the casino, listening to polka music every Sunday morning and watching her game shows on television. Jean especially loved doing things with her only granddaughter, whom she loved so dearly.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in the care of CALLAHAN FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester.
