Webster- David C. Szynal, 60, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 17 at his home. He was the son of the late Thomas and Mary Szynal. He is survived by his daughter, Katherine, of Waltham, MA. In addition to his many friends, David leaves behind his brothers, Joseph Szynal of Auburn, MA and Temecula, CA and Thomas Szynal of Webster, MA: his sister, Mary Szynal Engelhardt of Minneapolis, MN; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Tom and Karen Gorski of Webster, MA, Jim and Deborah Peloquin of Lakeland, FL, Mark and Elaine Seaman of Webster, MA and Philip and Kerri Peloquin of Milton, MA. He is also survived by his former wife, Michele Peloquin Szynal, of Misquamicut, RI and several nieces and nephews who remember “Uncle David” fondly. A retired Massachusetts State Trooper, David also was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the United States Navy, and was a graduate of Assumption College, Worcester, MA and Nichols College, Dudley, MA. A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 25 at 11:00 AM at The Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb St, Webster, MA 01570. ROBERT J.
