WORCESTER-Sidney N. (Smith) Cusack, 68, passed away on Tuesday, May 17th. Sidney leaves her husband of 45 years, Patrick C. Cusack; two daughters, Tara Monteiro and her husband Tony, and Jennifer Cusack all from Worcester; three grandchildren, Tony, Shayla, and Rileigh; her sister, Leslie LaFlamme of Worcester; her brother, Thomas Smith of Natick and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Jackie Curtis.
Sidney was born in Worcester, a daughter of Thomas F. and Rose (Walerstein) Smith. She grew up in Westborough and graduated from Westborough High School. Sidney worked as an administrative assistant for Radius Healthcare for many years before retiring in 2012. She enjoyed her trips to the casinos, but most of all spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Sidney’s visiting hours will be held on Sunday, May 22nd from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at CALLAHAN~FAY~CASWELL Funeral Home 61 Myrtle St. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 23rd at 10:00 am at Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
