WORCESTER-Francis R. Adamski, 87, died Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Saint Vincent Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, R. Marilyn (Galvin) Adamski; two daughters, Maryanne P. Adamski of Worcester and Stephanie A. Madden and her husband Kevin of Shrewsbury; and two granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Kristina Madden.
He was born and raised in Worcester, son of William and Anastazia (Randarcikute) Adamski and graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston. Fran was a pharmacist at the former Moore’s Pharmacy in Worcester for many years. He enjoyed woodworking, especially scroll sawing, and he also enjoyed fishing and pistol shooting.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 30th at 10:00am at North American Martyrs Church, 8 Wyoma Drive, Auburn. Entombment will follow in St. John’s Mausoleum. There are no visiting hours.
