Concetta M. “Connie” Pustorino (Bottari) passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on the morning of May 4th. The daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Ugliera) Bottari, she was born in Boston’s North End. A Medford resident for many years, she worked for Hancock Insurance in Boston and New York and later for Capezio Shoes. After raising her children she went back to work and was an administrative assistant in the Executive Office at Fidelity with employee badge # 412 for 10 years, until she retired. She also kept the books for her family’s flooring business, AJ Floor and Carpet. Devoted to her family and friends she was also a member of St. Francis Parish Mother’s Club. Connie was a prolific knitter and was known for her famous baby sweater, hat, and matching blanket sets.

The devoted wife of 68 Years to Anthony Pustorino, she was the beloved mother of Paul G. Pustorino and his longtime companion Karen of Reading, Constance M. Barber and her husband Dr. Arthur of Andover, Frank G. Pustorino and his wife Concetta of Reading. She was a cherished grandmother to Lisa and her husband James, Jennifer, Paula, Lauren, Leslie, Frank, Nicole, Joseph as well as the loving great-grandmother of Kiley, Julia, Olivia and Nicholas. The dear sister of the late Stephen F. Bottari and his late wife Pauline of Medford, and Camille M. D’Alessandro and her husband Antonio of Reading she was a loving sister-in-law of Salvatore J. Pustorino of Bethpage, NY and his late wife Anne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, caring neighbors and friends.

Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday, May 8th at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4 - 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery.
