Catherine V. (Salois) Collinson, 96, of Lawrence passed away on April 4, 2014 at the Mary Immaculate Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Catherine was born January 12, 1918 in Lawrence to Harry and Catherine Salois. Catherine was raised in Lawrence and attended Lawrence High School. She was employed by Western Electric of North Andover for 25 years. She was a member of the Pioneers of America and a former member of the Methuen Senior Citizens Center. Catherine also worked for the Methuen Senior Citizens Center in their thrift shop and gift shop. She enjoyed visiting the mountains and lake regions of New Hampshire with her late husband, Ralph. She also loved ballroom dancing, playing 45's and reading.
Catherine was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Collinson. She was the devoted mother of Ralph Collinson and his wife Christine of St. Augustine, FL and Carol Levesque and her husband Thomas of Londonderry, NH. She was the cherished grandmother of Ronda, Heather, Aaron, Bethany and David and cherished great grandmother of Amber, Brianna and Daniel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and Brenda Collinson of Westin, FL. She is predeceased by her sister, Gertrude Guy, and brothers, Arthur Salois, Harry Salois, William Salois and Raymond Salois.

A funeral service will occur on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, 1:00 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home with a burial to follow at the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen. The Kenneth H.
