Scanlon, Patricia “Pat” A. (Shea) 64, suddenly, surrounded by her family December 25, 2013. Loving mother of Melissa Saraceno and her fiancé Mark Davis of Marshfield and Casey Marie Scanlon and her husband Brendan Stone of Scituate. Grandmother of Kylie and Korey and Shea, Taylor and Brayden. Daughter of Priscilla D. (Webb) and the late Dale Shea. Sister of Dale, Siobhan, Gregory, the late Stephan and the late Sean Shea. Also survived by many dear nieces, nephews and friends.
Pat was a life long resident of Scituate and a graduated from Scituate High School. Pat worked many jobs to support her family but most notably being a legal secretary, ticket agent for United Airlines and running a nonprofit store for abused women and children in Naples Florida were her favorites. She was very kind and caring. Pat adored spending as much time as possible with her daughters and grandchildren, it is what made her the happiest and they meant the world to her. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
Visiting hours will be held at the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St, rte. 139 Marshfield on Monday December 30, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
Funeral from the Funeral home Tuesday at 8:45 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St, Scituate, MA. at 10:00 am.
