Katherine A. Fitzpatrick, 69 of Medford, died Friday in the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA. Born in Tampa, FL, she lived in Medford since 1999 and formerly of Cambridge. She was the daughter of the late Margaret (Graham) and Edward W. Peeler.

Katherine was a Teacher at St. Clement High School in Medford for 6 years and retired in 2005. She previously taught at the Archdiocesan Boys Choir School in Cambridge for 7 years. Katherine was also very active in St. Joseph Church, Medford.

Beloved wife of the late Robert J. Fitzpatrick Jr. Devoted mother of Margaret Fitzpatrick, Robert J. Fitzpatrick III and his wife Ellen all of Medford, Jonathan Fitzpatrick of Cambridge, Martin Fitzpatrick and his wife Christina of Maryland, Marcela Galli and her husband John of Westford, and Michael Fitzpatrick of Washington, DC. Loving grandmother of Tatiana, Wynter, Corrina, Justin, Evan, Oliver, Colin and Maya. Loving great grandmother of Adriana. Sister of Edward Peeler of FL.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8. Services will conclude with burial at Cambridge Cemetery, Cambridge.
