Rose Marie (Joseph) Morris 77, a lifelong resident of Provincetown, died Friday, November 9, 2012 at Cape Cod Hospital with her loving family present. She was the beloved wife of 57 years of Donald L. Morris. Born in Provincetown, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Joseph. She was educated in the Provincetown school system. Her dedication to her family was the focus and joy of her life. Besides her husband she is survived by her son Donald L. Jr., Donna M. Morris and Marion Lee Joseph all of Provincetown, her grandchildren Sherry and Caitlin Hogg, Erica Perry and Tanya Rosario and 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Paul Joseph of Eastham and her sister Patricia Rocha of Provincetown. She is predeceased by her brothers, Arthur, Mott, Phillip and Francis Joseph and her sister Helen Davenport.
Visiting hours were Monday November 12, 2012 from 5-7pm in the Gately Funeral Home 94 Harry Kemp Way Provincetown. A funeral service was held in the chapel of St. Peter the Apostle Cemetery in Provincetown on Tuesday November 13, 2012 at 10:00am.
