Patricia A. (Kelly) Sullivan 74, of Natick died Friday September 28, 2012 at the Eliot Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Natick.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph A. Sullivan who died September 10, 1999.
Born in Natick and a resident for 66 years she was the daughter of the late Patrick J. and Marjorie E. (Nelson) Kelly.
Mrs. Sullivan was a Registered Nurse working in the Framingham and Natick area retiring in 1990 after 32 years of caring and dedicated service.
After retirement she and Joe moved to Wells Maine and enjoyed 8 years at the coast and returned to Natick in 1999, moving to Sherwood Village where she played frequent card games with a wide circle of friends.
She was an avid Patriots and Bruins fan and was completely devoted to her family.
Mrs. Sullivan attended the Natick School system graduated from Natick High School class of 1955, and received her Nursing degree from the Newton Wellesley School of Nursing in 1958.
She is survived by one son Joseph P. Sullivan and his wife Nancy of Wellesley, one daughter Kelly A. Surette and her husband James of Natick, two brothers Daniel P. Kelly and his wife Janice of Natick and Michael Kelly of Florida, two grandchildren Emily Surette and Jack Sullivan, her sister in law Mary Santoro and her husband Louis of Natick, and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Shawn Kelly and Kathleen “Kay”Scott.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday October 3, at 8:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street, at Natick Common, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St Linus Church at 9:00 A.M.
Visiting hours are Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M.
Internment St Patrick Cemetery.
