Lucy E. (Quirk) Lamontagne, 81, of Westport died May 14, 2010 peacefully at home surrounded by her family.
She was the wife of Raymond J. Lamontagne.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose A. (Martel) Quirk, she lived in Westport most of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Julie Billiart Church.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Kevin J. Lamontagne of South Dartmouth; 2 daughters, Linda Sumner of New Bedford and Sharron Shields and her husband Gary of Westport; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Blanche Souza and Theodora Rodrigues, both of Fairhaven; many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Brian Lamontagne.
Her family will receive guests on Monday morning May 17th from 9:30 - 11:30 AM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford followed by her Funeral Mass at St. Julie Billiart Church at 12 Noon. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
