Remembering Nancy:
Nancy retired after more than 29 years of dedicated service to the Chateau Motel, one of Provincetown's renowned tourist resorts. She was a lifelong member of the Provincetown United Methodist Church, where she served as social secretary until her passing, and previously taught Sunday school, sang in the choir, and volunteered at the church's thrift shop. Her warmth touched everyone she encountered. Nancy never met anyone she didn't instantly love, and many who knew her affectionately called her "Gram."
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the Provincetown Police Department, the Provincetown Fire Department, Elder Services of Cape Cod & The Islands, and most recently the VNA of Cape Cod Hospice for their care and support. Additionally, a very special thank you is extended to Andrea Lavenets, who was like a daughter to Nancy, a loving partner to Craig, and a cherished member of our family. For the last 15 years of Nancy’s life, Andrea devoted herself to her care by overseeing her daily needs, accompanying her to medical appointments, and ensuring her comfort and well-being, all while offering steadfast love and companionship. Rarely did a day pass without Andrea by Nancy’s side, and her devotion made Nancy’s later years brighter and more comfortable. Our family is deeply grateful for her extraordinary care and kindness. Nancy's legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her home was a place of warmth, her life a testament to resilience and love. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered.

Services will be held at the Provincetown United Methodist Church on May 2nd, 2026, at 10:00 AM, followed by burial at Provincetown Cemetery in the same plot as her beloved husband Kenneth Sr. The family then invites all friends to gather at the church's fellowship hall to celebrate Nancy's life.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Provincetown United Methodist Church or Provincetown's Police or Fire Departments, in support of the community that meant so much to Nancy.
