It is with great sadness we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Michael P. McNeil of Braintree and originally Dorchester on April 10, 2026.
Born on March 17, 1964, Michael was incredibly proud to be a St Patrick's Day baby- a birthday coincidentally shared with other family members and friends.
Michael was pre-deceased by his immediate family and joins his mother, Charlotte (Maloof) McNeil, his father Richard McNeil, and siblings, Richard McNeil, Judith McNeil and Robert McNeil in heaven.
Michael worked as an electrician most of his life and is survived by his daughter Jacqueline, and his nieces and nephew Joey, and Gina all of Florida, and Alexa of Dorchester. Michael was like a son to his uncle Richard and aunt Roseann Spinale.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours at The Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street, South Boston, Wednesday , April 22 from 4:00-7:00p.m.. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Monica’s Church, Thursday at 10:30 A.M. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
Michael will be remembered for his constant smile, hilarious stories and celebrated by his many cousins, and close friends which he believed to be more like siblings.
