Patsy Ruth Moore-Barnes, 79 of Ventura, CA, passed away on MARCH 25th 2026, at her home in Ventura, CA. Patsy was born in Safford, Arizona to Jack and Ruth Moore
on November 3rd, 1947. She went to Ventura High School, graduating in 1965. She went on to earn an Associate in Science Degree in Human Services at Ventura College. She enjoyed reading, spending time with close friends, traveling and was an advocate for the Humane Society and pet adoption.
Patsy is survived by her daughters, Tracy Laster of Ventura and Desiree Hunter of Camarillo, her grandchildren, Devan Diaz of San Antonio, Texas, Connor Placial of Roseville, California, Robert Kienzle, Jr of Camarillo and Jack Kienzle of Camarillo, her sister, Nancy Jackson of Rancho Murieta and brother Richard Moore of Ojai.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Ruth Moore.
Patsy was a loving mother and loyal friend. She was known for her sense of humor and her passion for helping people and animals. She will be missed dearly.
