
Margaret “Peggi” Julia (Kehoe) Lamport, age 70, of Derry, NH passed away peacefully at home with her loving family December 30th. Daughter of the late A. Vincent and Sophie (Sporrer) Kehoe.
Peggi was survived by her loving husband Kenneth Lamport of Derry, NH for 50 years; living together in Clinton MA, moved to Medford, MA and finally Derry, NH for the last 45 years. Peggi also survived by son Timothy Kenneth Lamport of Derry, NH (his wife Christina Lamport and daughter Abigail "Julia" Lamport), daughter Kimberly Marie (Lamport) Piper of Sandown, NH (her husband Corey Piper, daughter Devan Piper and son Jake Piper), daughter Jodi Michelle (Lamport) Green of Charlestown, RI (her son Charles Jason Green) and daughter Jacki Leigh (Lamport) Pirnie of Charlestown, RI (her husband Thomas Pirnie, daughter Payton "Julia" Pirnie and son Parker Read Pirnie). Peggi has four brothers; Robert Kehoe of Parrish, FL (and his wife Denise Kehoe), David Kehoe of Decatur, AL (and his wife Ruth Kehoe), James Kehoe of Bradenton, FL, and Steven Kehoe (deceased) of Nashua NH (and his wife Donna Kehoe). Sisters-in-law Sally Morton (deceased), Kathy Donaldson, Giselle Vasialka and Verdell (Kehoe) Roberts and Brothers-in-law, Ed Lamport (deceased) and Steven Morton. Many loving nieces and nephews. And Best Friend Joy Liebfried.
Peggi was born March 27, 1955 in Port Jefferson, Long Island, NY. The family moved to Bristol, VA, then Orlando, FL and she grew up in Acton, MA. In high school, Peggi worked at Towne Drug and graduated from Action-Boxboro Regional HS in 1973. After graduation, Peggi was employed as a material planner at Gen Rad and received her AD in Business from Northeastern University. The family later moved to Litchfield, NH. She later worked at Dunkin Donuts in Derry, NH, then Stonyfield Farm Yogurt in Londonderry, NH. Peggi was a collector of Hummel figurines and Ty Beanie Babies. Peggi was an avid reader who Loved- Loved the sun, Dunkin Donuts, playing cards, puzzles, casino, bingo and scratchies, but most of all, Peggi loved her family.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday January 3rd from 2 - 5 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry, NH 03038. The family wants to thank Amedisys for their kind care provided.
For those that had the pleasure of knowing Peggi, she was a simple, beautiful girl that loved the color white. God bless.
