Valerie A. Cote, age 77, of Mansfield, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 5, 2025 at the Alliance Health at West Acres in Brockton.
Born in Brockton, MA on June 6, 1947, she was a loving daughter of the late Russell and Winifred (Kelly) Cote.
Valerie grew up in the City of Brockton and was a graduate of Brockton High School. She had made her home in Mansfield for the past twenty years and prior to retiring, had worked as a Press Operator in clothes cleaning , including at the former Mansfield Fabric Care Center. She loved spending time with her adoring family and occasional trips to area casinos.
She was the dear sister of Linda, Donna Gurney of Wrentham and the late Russell Cote, the late Paul Cote and the late Lucien Cote.
Services and burial will be private and visiting hours are omitted.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street, Mansfield.
