Philip A. Landes

Philip Allen "Phil" Landes, 80, of Anderson went to be with the Lord November 16, 2025 at Community Hospital.
He was born March 30, 1945 the son of Charles and Della (Brooks) Landes.
He was a senior manufacturing chemist at General Motors for 40+ years.
He was a member of West Cross Street Alliance Church. He was a baseball coach and an avid stamp and coin collector.
Survivors include his wife whom he's been married to for 60+ years, Marilyn (Adams) Landes of Anderson; four children, Robin (Mark) Tompkins, Tim (Laci) Landes all of Anderson, Steve (Shelley) Landes of Fishers and Michelle Landes of Anderson; six grandchildren, Bethany (Andrew) Quinn, Morgan Landes, Rowan (Jake) Eads, Lauren Landes, Jackson Rogers and Maxwell Rogers; a great grandson, Juddson Eads; Several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Charles and Donald Landes and a sister, Ruth Baxter.
Services will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 12 noon at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Jim Turner of West Cross Street Alliance officiating.
Visitation will be Friday, November 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM to Noon prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to West Cross Street Alliance Church.
