Luis Ismael Fuentes, 54, of Brockton, passed away on October 21st at Boston Medical Center, South.
Born in Geneva, New York, he was the son of Zaida Ortiz of Brockton and the late Luis N. Fuentes. Luis was a devoted family caregiver and a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church. He enjoyed listening to music, helping others, and spending time with family and friends. Luis will be remembered for his sense of humor, warmth, and joyful spirit.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his two sons, Angel I. Fuentes of Connecticut and Willie Fuentes Alvarez of Florida; his brother, Norman Fuentes of Florida; and three cherished grandchildren, Lennix, Avany, and Evyen.
Following cremation, services will be held at the convenience of the family.
