Obituary



Worcester – Norman Beaucage, 83, of Worcester, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025 in his home after an extended illness.

He was married to the late Judith A. (Dillaire) Novia-Beaucage, who died in 2024. Norman is survived by his two daughters, Nancy Barrett of Spencer and Lisa Lavallee of Sutton; his step children; Michael P. Novia Jr. of Worcester, Michael A. Novia of Webster, Jason M. Novia of Paxton, Christopher Rotolo of California, Michelle A. Elliott of Charlton, Marlene A. Miller of Sutton, Marie A. Novia of Worcester, Melanie A. Breault of Millbury, and Gloria J. Rotolo of Leicester; 17 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Beaucage was born in Worcester, son of the late Omer and Noella (Biron) Beaucage and is also predeceased by a sister, Doris Prestes and three brothers, Leo Beaucage, Roger Beaucage and Richard Beaucage.

Norman started his work career at the former Crompton & Knowles Company and then he owned and operated his own very successful rubbish removal company until he had sold and went to work for the Worcester Regional Transit Authority as a bus driver where he worked for many years before his retirement.

Mr. Beaucage was a member of the Amalgamated Bus Drivers Union and the former Worcester Lodge of Elks. He enjoyed spending time on the golf course and loved taking trips with his wife.

A funeral will be held on Wednesday, June11, 2025 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St., Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 10 from 5 to 7 PM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions in memory of Norman may be made to Second Chance Animal Services 111 Young Road East Brookfield, MA 01515.
