Juan G. Gonzalez, 84, passed away at home on May 27, 2023, with his family at his side.
Born in Jalisco, Mexico on October 9, 1939, he grew up in Mexico and moved to the U.S. in 1965.
He was a longtime agricultural ranch manager for Tobias & Sons, in Ventura.
He had an energetic personality and was one who remained very knowledgeable with Spanish news and followed politics, movie stars, and culture. He enjoyed reading of all types newspapers, books etc. He took extreme pride in his family and always had a deep love for his wife.
He leaves his beloved wife Maria C. Gonzalez ; 2 sons Juan C. and David A. Gonzalez; a granddaughter Cynthia Camacho (Adrian) and a grandson Roman I. Gonzalez; 2 great-grandchildren Gavin and Sadie Camacho.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours to be held Thursday evening June 8, 2023 from 4 to 8pm, where a most Holy Rosary will be recited at 7pm in the BOYKO & REARDON TELEGRAPH ROAD MORTUARY & CREMATION, 15 Teloma Drive, Ventura. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023 at 11am in the BOYKO & REARDON TELEGRAPH ROAD MORTUARY & CREMATION, 15 Teloma Drive, Ventura followed by burial at Santa Clara Catholic Cemetery, 2370 North H Street, Oxnard, Oxnard.
