Priscilla Sue (Gore) Marling, 74, of Anderson, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023 at Waters of Chesterfield.
She was born on April 30, 1948 in Anderson, the daughter of Laura Cleo Blair and Leonard L. Gore. She was employed as a bookkeeper for United Way of Madison County and Kirkmans Jewelry. Priscilla was an avid reader, enjoyed oil painting, camping and traveling.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Marling, whom she married December 5, 1964; two children, Gary (Michelle) Marling and Shannon Robinson; special granddaughter Kimberly (Mitchell) Phillips; grandson, Cory Spradlin; granddaughters Courtney Marling and Britney Marling; grandson, Cody Marling; eight great grandchildren; sister, Barbara Mains and brother, Eddie Blair.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her parents.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2023 from 2-6 PM at the Redbud Estates Community Center.
Interment will take place at East Maplewood Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be given to Multiple Sclerosis.
