Jane Lynn (Covington) Douglas, 63, of Anderson died March 11, 2023 at Community Hospital after a sudden illness.
She was born, April 29, 1959 in Anderson the daughter of George and Kathryn Covington.
She was a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service for 25 years before retiring.
Jane is survived by her husband, of 46 years, Steven Douglas of Anderson whom she married November 3, 1976; daughter, Holly (Josh) Stone of Anderson; son, Kyle (Sarah) Douglas of Anderson; half sister, Yvonne Covington of Clay City, IN; MeeMaw to three grandchildren, Kamden, Kinsley and Carter; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandmother, Hazel Fowler and half brother, Wallace Covington.
Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at East Maplewood Cemetery with Pastor Ned Clark officiating.
