Karyn C. (Vacheresse) Incatasciato, of Tewksbury, formerly of Stoneham and Somerville, passed away on Monday, January 2nd. She was 78. Born and raised in Stellarton, Nova Scotia, she was the cherished daughter of the late Bertrum and Bessie (Wamback) Vacheresse.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Karyn eventually put down roots in Somerville and later called Stoneham her home, where she lived for 40 years before moving to Tewksbury. She was a talented artist, phenomenal cook, and could master anything she endeavored to do. After retiring from the phone company, Karyn dedicated her time to the Stoneham Board of Health where she would spend another 10 years of service to her town.

Karyns spare time was filled with everything from crafting prom dresses and Halloween costumes to writing poetry, winning billiards trophies, and line dancing at the local Elks. Fiercely devoted to those closest to her, Karyn most enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She will be greatly missed.

Karyn was beloved wife of the late Joseph V. Incatasciato. She was the devoted mother of Heidi Williams and her husband Kyle of Walden, NY, Laura B. Incatasciato and her partner Scott of Warwick, RI, Nancy R. (Incatasciato) Miller and her husband Erik of Tewksbury, MA, and Joseph M. Incatasciato and his wife Lisa of San Jose, CA. She was the loving Meme of Abby Williams, Ali Sonner and Mackenzie Miller. She was the caring great grandmother of Logan Sonner. She was the dear sister of Nalda King and the late Raymond and Kenneth Vacheresse. She was the loving sister in-law of the late Mario A. Incatasciato, and the cousin of Constance H. Montgomery, of Tewksbury.

Visiting hours will be held in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Sunday, January 8th from 2 to 6 PM with a prayer service at 5 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
