Brother of Mark Vito of Boston. Proud graduate of Needham High School, Middlebury College and Harvard Law School. He loved his work and mentors at Sidley, Austin LLP Law Firm in Chicago. He also worked at Magnetar Financial LLC in Illinois. Later, he was a senior fellow in the Program on Corporate Governance at Harvard Law School before starting his own firm.
Visitation at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave. Needham, on Saturday, January 14, from 10-11am followed by a funeral service at 11am. Interment private. Expressions of sympathy may be made in Brian’s memory to MSPCA, 350 S. Huntington Ave. Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
