Anna (DiBattista) D’Angelo, a longtime resident of Malden, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2022. She was 91 years old.
Anna was the wife of the late Armando V. D’Angelo. She was the beloved mother of Doreen Mortellite and her husband Charlie, Valerie Giacobbe and her husband Charles, and Victor D’Angelo and his wife Lisa. Anna was the sister of the late Ernest and Anthony DiBattista. She was the cherished grandmother of Michelle Callahan and her husband Tom, Kimberly Tornberg and her husband Aaron, Brian Mortellite, Michael Giacobbe and his wife Melissa, Victor D’Angelo Jr. and his wife Meghan, and Vanessa Merrigan and her husband Sean. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat Gina.
A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Anna’s life will be held in Saint Joseph’s Church, 770 Salem Street, Malden on Monday November 28th at 12:00pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visitation will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Monday from 9:30am-11:30am prior to the Mass. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
