SOMERSET… George H. Dickinson, Jr., 84, of Somerset passed away October 1, 2022, at home, with his loving wife by his side.
He married Carol A. (Wolowiec) Dickinson in 1961.
Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late George H. Sr. and Jeannette (Carrier) Dickinson.
Mr. Dickinson is a veteran of the United States Navy. He last worked for 28 years as a toll tester for Verizon until his retirement in 1998. He was an avid golfer, but above all else, he loved spending time with his family.
Along with his wife, survivors include his children: Linda Chappell of Warwick and Mark Dickinson of Fall River; his grandchildren: Meagan Senechal, Kevin Dickinson & Zackary Dickinson; his great granddaughter Ellie Rose along with several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Maureen Bedard and William Dickinson.
