SOMERSET… Manuel S. Corey, Jr., age 81, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022 at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River.
Born in Dighton, MA, Manuel was son of the late Manuel and Mary (Talbot) Corey. He was the loving husband of Jo-Anne (Johnson) Corey.
Manuel worked as a fork lift operator for Duro Finishing prior to his retirement in 2000. He enjoyed auto racing and was known for his love of animals. Manuel had an interest in horses, especially Appaloosa. He also bred rottweilers.
In addition to his wife, Manuel is survived by; son, Michael S. Corey of Somerset, MA; daughter, Catherine M. Corey, of Taunton, MA; grandchildren, Bruce, Shawn and Savannah; and two great-grandchildren.
