Carol A. (Huard) Santos, 80, of Westport, peacefully passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022 at Clifton Rehabilitative Nursing Center with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Ernesto M. Santos, Sr.
Mrs. Santos was born in Fall River, daughter of the late Edgar N. and Alma (Ledoux) Huard and had resided in Westport for most of her life. Prior to retirement, she owned/operated the Corner Kitchen, Fall River. She was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed trips to Foxwoods. She was a communicant of Our lady of Grace Church, Westport.
Survivors include her 2 sons: Gregory E. Santos of GA and Thomas R. Plourde of Westport; her daughter: Cheryl Ann (Plourde) Pelchat of RI; along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Lucien Huard.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, August 11, 2022 at the Potter Funeral Home at 10:30 A.M.
Visitation will be Thursday, from 9-10:30 A.M., prior to the service.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
